Jewelry Care Instructions:
Sterling silver may tarnish over time and lose the satin finish. The easiest way to restore your jewelry is to use a green Scotch Brite pad. Rub the pad over the silver, being carful to not scratch any stones, or remove the patina from recessed areas. If you prefer, a commercial silver polishing cloth can be used to clean and give your piece a high polish, and should not damage any stones.
If your jewelry contains stones, take some care to avoid damaging them. Some stones can crack when exposed to extreme temperatures, so you should try to take them off when showering or washing your hands, etc.
Repairs and Returns:
If your jewelry is damaged, needs to be resized, or you just want it cleaned and re polished, I am happy to do so for free as long as you cover the cost of shipping (usually $10 if shipped within the US). As a note, I may not be able to repair or replace broken stones, and rings with stones cannot be sized down.
If there is a problem with your order, or the order is not to your liking, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Ring Sizes:
If you don't know what your ring size is, please do not trust the ring size charts you find on google, they can be inaccurate. Send me an email at kjohnstonjewelry@gmail.com, or use the form on the contact page of my website, and I will help you find the right size for the ring you want.
If the ring size you need is not listed in the drop down menu for the made to order rings, send me a message, I am happy to accommodate any size.
Customs:
Custom orders are now done via waitlist! Please follow the link below to fill out your custom request form. Requests will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Please note: the majority of customs will still be fulfilled during January and February, but the waitlist gives me an opportunity to fulfill customs throughout the year, whenever I have time for them.
In the request form, please describe your custom idea and your preferred budget. When I get to you on the list, I will send an email with an estimate and time frame, as well as sketches and stone options, if applicable. When the design and price estimate are agreed upon, I ask for a $20 deposit upfront, with the remainder plus shipping due upon completion.
